User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User", "you") and SuperDeer regarding your use of the SuperDeer platform and all related services. This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Account Responsibilities

As a registered user, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account

2. Content Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through SuperDeer. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent that you have the right to publish all content you submit, and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

3. AI-Generated Content

SuperDeer offers AI-powered features including content generation, optimization suggestions, and scheduling recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before publishing
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content published through your accounts
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect third-party social media accounts to SuperDeer, you authorize us to:

• Access your account data, including profile information and analytics
• Publish, schedule, and manage content on your behalf
• Retrieve engagement metrics and audience data for analytics
• You may revoke access to any connected account at any time through your dashboard

5. Team and Collaboration

If you use team features, the account owner is responsible for:

• Managing team member access and permissions
• Ensuring team members comply with this Agreement
• All content and actions performed by team members under the account

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Engage in activities that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to violate the terms of any connected social media platform
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written permission

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide advance notice when possible.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in our jurisdiction.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperDeer, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuperDeer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
